Condition

This is a beautiful vintage Omega that features an automatic 565 movement which is in perfect condition both cosmetically and mechanically. This piece is running very nicely and keeping great time within specification. We have just had it fully serviced. This watch comes with a sale receipt dating to 1972 and some original Omega purchase paperwork. 

Dial - The dial on this piece is in practically mint condition and shows little to no marks. 

Case - The gold plated case is in fantastic condition for its age showing just light wear. 

Crown - This piece has a replacement crown which changes the time and date perfectly. To change the time, the crown is pulled out to its first position and rotated. To change the date, the crown is pulled out to the second position and the date will flick over. 

Movement - As mentioned before automatic movement is keeping great time. Cosmetically, the movement is in excellent condition. 

Case back - The case back is in excellent condition for its age. It is showing a few scratches from tools being used on the case back over the years. This caseback does have an inscription which puts a story to this piece! 

Strap - The watch sits on an aftermarket strap and which is in brand new condition. It also has a very high quality and luxury feel. 

Crystal - The crystal is in fantastic condition and shows just light signs of wear which is nearly invisible.
